Anthony Czarnecki (R) is presented with the prestigious “DISTINGUISHED ALUMNUS OF THE YEAR AWARD” in 2002 by George Abraham (L), president of the John Jay College Alumni Association. Mr. Czarnecki was cited for his leadership in the criminal justice field and his outstanding contributions to American corrections.

Anthony Czarnecki (L) is personally welcomed to Scotland Yard by Sir John Stevens (R), Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police in London. Mr. Czarnecki was invited to speak at the 2002 “INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CRIME AND JUSTICE” in London, which was co-sponsored by the FBI and Scotland Yard.

Anthony Czarnecki (seated center) is appointed National Chair of the Committee on Professional Ethics of the American Correctional Association. ACA President Gwen Chunn of North Carolina (seated right) announced the appointment in 2005. Due to his excellent work, Mr. Czarnecki was re-appointed to this post by ACA President Gary Maynard of Maryland (2006-2008) and ACA President Harold Clarke of Massachusetts (2008-2010).
